Extremely bad and nosy support, plugin constantly breaks, wasted $300. They * threatened to terminate my account after I called them out on it using the appropriate words to describe their service.

My Account manager is unreachable after 1 year. I've tried calling, email, live chat and skype over 1 year but never was able to reach him. I successfully ran a campaign for norton that I put a lot of creative effort for the landing page as well as hiring a spokesperson for and pushed a few leads even. When the offer switched to approval only Matt denied me to run it. Turns out the only time he wanted to say anything is to deny me an offer that i've pushed good leads for. How do you expect people to grow on your platform if you refuse to communicate? I regularly push 20k a month with other affiliate networks and had nothing but great experiences with other account managers - yet matt is the only one i've had this negative of an experience with.
