I've been a repeat customer for years and have had many problems with their customer service and delivery process. Most recently, I ordered a suit online, was billed, then they deny even receiving my order. There is literally NO WAY to speak with anyone other than via email and they are flat out useless and just deny any wrong doing. I had to file a dispute/payment stop with my bank because Perry Ellis refuses to rectify their error. Shameful and unprofessional. Scam level business model.
