I have used chat for help on Siteground a couple of times and it was very fast and very effective. I am a newby and it is reassuring to know that I can ask naive questions and get very fast and polite help. I am a small scale manager of a very modest website for a volunteer organisation, so at the bottom of the list of customers but the help was exactly right and as I said, FAST.
