They start out with a decent offer just to get you. Then they do a video tour of your house. Tell you how beautiful your house looks. Then a guy come over for 20 minutes. Does a quick walk through in and outside. Within 48 hours, they give you a low ball offer and claim that the house needs over 30,000.00 worth of work. My house has a new kitchen, new floors, brand new A/C and new paint in and outside. Our buyer backed out at last minute, so we figured we try Open House. WRONG. Stay away
