I placed an order on 11/13/2023. The website showed all the items were in stock. Then I received an email that all items were on a 1-2 week backorder. I called customer service several times and they never answer the phone. On 12/11/2023 they sent an email that there would be another 1-2 week delay and I could cancel the order if I wanted. So I did! I still have not received a refund. This company used to be good but has deteriorated to the point where I would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY!
