In October 2021 I purchased a "smoke detector" camera online from Spygeargadgets.com. It failed out of the box and after repeated attempts to make it work I attempted to contact Customer Support for assistance. After many, many, many attempts to reach them through various means they sent me an email stating that they were experiencing staffing and workflow issues related to COVID. They stated that assistance would be forthcoming. I never heard from them again. I am prepared to call Spygeargadgets.com a SCAM. If I could figure out how to pursue them further to make them the subject of a Consumer Affairs investigation I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME ON THIS GHOST OF A COMPANY!
