I just spent a half hour with a representative trying to get a legitimate reason for them not to have issued me a credit after TA receiving my return on March 2nd (13 days). Naturally there were the same excuses I am hearing from other online retailers, "We have been getting a lot of returns lately and can't get them processed". BS is what I say to that, if they were honest they would state we handle returns as a very, very low priority. If they wanted to they could get a credit processed in a few days but they choose to make a customer wait weeks or sometimes months hoping they won't complain. I for one refuse to be treated with disrespect by a retailer this year to date I have spent over $600 with so to you TA I say Adios and I won't be doing business with you in the future and if I don't see a credit after 30 days I will turn you over to my CC company. It's interesting how they can charge you in a nano second before they even ship but when it comes to issuing a credit they just can't pull the trigger and get the job done like a professional. THE WORST!
