“Wrong Parts and No Help In Customer Service”

I purchased a shower system in brushed nickel, but one of the parts came in bronze the other part came in brass. Also, the face plate does not fit the mixer. It took 5 days to get someone in customer service to ship me new parts. However, all the new parts are wrong too! This is the worst experience.
