“Would never use again”

I ordered a bedspread on 7/31. Received notification that it shipped 8/14 which is a long time in itself. Today is 9/11 and still no comforter that I paid for back in August. Was provided an inaccurate tracking number so no way to even track. Asked for a refund and now disputing charge. Horrible customer service to not happily refund for something never received. Would never recommend or use again.
