Rita The Service Manager is the best thing at this company over the top helpful!
Customer beware - PLEASE make sure you ask your salesperson if this is the first time they are using a specific crew. If it is RUN! Save yourself the headache of amateurs wrecking your home then having to fight for months for the company to pay for /deal with the damage caused by the crew that they hired to represent them.
They are getting 3 Stars - ONLY because of Rita - and the second crew they sent in to completely redo the job. The windows are lovely - but the months it took this company to get it right... wasn't worth it.
