“Missing purchase.”

I arrived at the start of pickup time for Byegones Estate Sales only to find part of one lot of my purchases missing. The host only shrugged. A customer couldn't have walked off with 3 good sized pieces of flagstone. Only the staff would ave been available to remove the stones.

Tip for consumers:
The auction host just shrugged.

Products used:
This is an online auction site with mixed lots. Most of the time there are only 1 or 2 items that I want in the lot. This lot was part concrete stepping stones and 3 hefty pieces of flagstone. The flagstone was missing at the start of pickup asI arrived at the beginning. I wanted the whole purchase.
