“A month now and no customer service response”

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this site, they sent two, but one was the wrong pair. I wrote them (three times now) to ask for an exchange, but no response. I hope they eventually get it together, but given the other reviews, it's not looking good for me or my missing pair of shoes.

Tip for consumers:
I haven't bought Nikes in many, many years, but these Nike shoes from this site look a little... sloppy... if you look closely enough. It makes me wonder if they're knock-offs. Oh well, I hope not....
