I purchased a steering wheel cover from Rokcar. The package came quickly, but it was the wrong one and clearly not the one pictured on their website. Over the next few weeks I sent several emails to request a return shipping label and the correct product. The company does not offer a phone number or physical address. They ignored me. I tried Shopify since Rokcar's email comes through Shopify. Then I received a response from Rokcar asking for photos which I had already sent, but sent again. No response. I finally contacted my credit card company who investigated and found Rokcar at fault for not following their guarantee (100% satisfaction or money back). They refunded my money. It was a nasty experience and i will never purchase from them again.
