Canceled through the site, and they do not send an API call to PayPal to cancel the subscription. They are covered through their Terms of Service legally, but they will knowingly collect your money forever and do nothing about it until you catch them. They billed me for almost 3 years after the last invoice was issued and the service was canceled on their site. I reached out to them directly and they acted like their hands were tied as if they had no agency in making things right.
If you are wondering why I canceled, the service was spotty, and couldn't reliably connect to my server, so I attempted to reach out and the customer service at that time was fairly rude and unhelpful. The recent customer support reps were not rude, but ultimately management couldn't be bothered to make things right.
