Purchased sunglasses 2 weeks ago and I have had to "babysit" the entire process. I paid for next day delivery and despite the fact that I started to inquire about my delivery date on 7/14/17, it is now 7/18/17 and USPS is telling me that my glasses will not arrive until 7/20/17 -- the day I leave for vacation. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I cannot understand why, when I paid for "next day" delivery, and after they realized they forgot to start fulfilling my order, that they could not satisfy my purchase and send my glasses "next day." Unbelievable $#*!ty customer service!
