I ordered a bracelet a month ago and keep getting a auto generated response that it takes time and is in transit. I have a case opened with pay pal for reimbursement.
We are currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and we are very honest about this on our website. If you read the FAQ Page or Shipping Page, you would have seen that our shipping time is now longer than a month. In fact, it is now closer to 2-3 months.
It is unfair to leave us a bad review simply because it didn't arrive in a month, when we never claimed it would.
