This company's quality and customer service has deteriorated over time. For this reason, I stopped reaching out to them despite the fact that they have very experienced tutors.

At first, the service was great being delivered on time and providing excellent quality work. However, after some time the service started to worsen, assignments were not being delivered in a timely manner as promised nor being provided, communication was not consistent and I experienced harrassment and threats from the customer service team when I reached out to them inquiring about a service that was not delivered or demanding a refund for a service that was not provided.
They will not refund you despite that in their website's policies they guarantee a refund if assignment is not delivered under the deadline.

I advised anyone who needs assistance to look elsewhere. Save your money. There are other good sites out there who will provide the services you pay for. Don't put up with bad service.

I acquired their services about a year ago. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. I paid upfront for a service and it was not provided for me. When addressed to customer service, I experience online harassment from this company and had to report them. I advised anyone who needs tutoring assistance to look elsewhere, save your money and time. This company is a scam and very unprofessional. Not worth the payment nor the service.
