I ordered 5 corsets, and tried to return 3 that were the wrong size. They were unopened and still in the bags they were received in. Not only is the policy that you need to pay to return them, but you also lose on the "restocking". On top of that I was told the corsets were returned damaged and I would not get my money back, but I could pay to get them back. At this point I have paid for the items twice over.
I also filled out the form to do an exchange and sent the item back as requested. Once they received the item I was told they do not do exchanges.
I have yet to get any money back for the 3 returned items after constant messages telling me I would.
Highly recommend not ordering from this shop unless you are confident on your size.
