“Total Rip-Off, No Customer Service, No Refund Of Stolen Payments”

I paid $36 for "2day fedex" needing FRONT DOOR delivery, not shipped to parcel lockers. They took my $36 but shipped USPS Ground Advantage which dumped my order inside a parcel locker where it sat 2 days before someone could retrieve it. No response to complaint/refund demand. RIP-OFF!

Tip for consumers:
That high-cost "2day fedex" would be the very same shipping quality as free USPS Advantage. Save my money or shop elsewhere.
