I ordered 2 pair of Tall Ugg classic Chestnut boots and 1 pair of short Ugg Classic boots and I was told that I was purchasing AUTHENTIC Ugg boots, and when I received them it was VERY VERY OBVIOUS that I just received A EXTREMELY FAKE PAIR OF UGGS! So I right away tried to contact the website since they said "if you arent happy with the purchase we have an easy return policy!" ok well that was another BIG FAT LIE! I would email them saying I was not happy they lied about selling real boots and I want my refund!" When they would actually write back I swear to god it would be one word answers. Until just recently they advosed me if i want to return it i would have to pay for the shipping charge (which i would pay tp ship it all the way to CHINA) the price to do that is atleast $40 or more and then they would look at them and I would ONLY get a partial refund! So really I would be losing even MORE money! RIDICULOUS! They never once informed me I was buying anything from China, i would never have done that! Then again why would they! They lied about selling me real uggs! I will not stop doing whatever i have to do to make sure that this website gets shut down! I am willing ot bet i will not get any money back! I hate WINTRYUGGBOOTS.COM!
