I ordered a costume for my daughter and kept checking the status and then after a week I emailed the company to ask when it was going to ship. Two days later they email me back to inform me the item was damaged and they are issuing me a refund. They should have notified me as soon as they seen this which according to their shipping policy I should have been notified the next day when the item should have been shipped. Very unprofessional and puts me in a bind to try to find the costume for her in a short time thanks to the unprofessionalism of this company
