I debated and compared prices for a long time at this website and many others who sold the bottles I was looking for. I finally decided to go with US Plastic, despite the fact that they clearly cater to companies and manufacturers. Bad decision. It was impossible to tell from the website which caps went with which bottles. So I went ahead made the order with a note for customer service to contact me to answer the questions I wrote out in the note. They never did. The very next day, I just got an email saying the order had been processed. I presumed that must mean they read my questions and determined that everything in my order "matched", i. E., I wouldn't have any problems. A week or so later the package arrived. Of course things didn't match. I contacted customer service and waited. And waited. And waited. I wrote again. Finally I got a reply along the lines of, "Yes, we see your order. What is it you want?" I had at this point written out my questions multiple times. I had several bottles with caps that didn't fit and that were not verified as BPA-free. I wrote back and didn't get an answer. I wrote again and got another answer that was basically, "Yes, the [wrong bottle, one I did not refer to] is BPA-free," with no answer to my other questions about the caps that didn't fit the bottles. I gave up and threw their crap away. I will never order from them again. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. These people clearly do not give a crap about customers who aren't ordering thousands of dollars worth of merchandise on a monthly basis. You are better off paying more from a regular online retailer who will at least value your (small) business.
