So far, I've had a positive experience with every aspect of the Outbound Engine program that I've used. The customer service reps and the account managers have great follow through. I think it would be helpful to set up a call once a week or once every two weeks to get additional information, that way I know that I am maximizing my usage of the program. I like how I'm able to personalize all outgoing social media posts and that it's not just generic. I can have as much or as little involvement as I want.
