After 4 years on low-carb I've found Diet Doctor the best resource I've used and recommend it to everyone who asks me "What have you done - you're looking great!" But it's not just how I look, it's my state of health. I now have my blood glucose under control, no longer take a raft of medications and feel younger. I swear by many of the recipes (esp The Keto Bread Rolls and tortillas). The videos are informative and give a knowledge base that everyone who wants to be responsible for their own health can understand.
