Placed an order 3 weeks before Christmas. $146.00 worth of merchandise. My credit card was charged the same day but order NEVER RECEIVED. I kept sending emails asking for status of shipping... SEVEN emails to be exact. I also tried to send messages through Facebook. All correspondence went unanswered. Then I checked the Better Business Bureau in Florida. I wish I had done this beforehand! MANY, MANY consumer complaints. Finally, after four weeks of this, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. I shop online all the time and have never encountered such a scam!
