I had ordered a few things from Jammy Job in early January... 7 weeks went by with no response, confirmation code, order number, etc. Finally i reached out via email to find out the status as I had already been charged. Their support team responded saying that the order was ready for shipment but has not been shipped yet due to the holidays and covid. I asked if they would cancel my order as I am moving in a few weeks and will no longer be at the same address. They basically said too bad. That they can't do anything. Horrible customer service and a pretty $#*!ty way to do business.
