So I bought a shirt for a Christmas gift. Took too long so I had to go out and buy something else. Tracking was useless. Product was not too good. Graphics were cheap and I think would have washed away easily. BUT Moteefe made it right. I did what they said and took a pic and they agreed that it wasn't good. They offered a replacement but since it was already past Christmas and I had spent enough I requested a refund and they accommodated with further apologies. Mistakes happen but it's how they are handled that's important
