While making some major purchases this year, I have gotten to know several people at Vintage King quite well. And I was impressed by them from the very start. At first I thought these great interactions were random good luck, but I've since realized that every person I've dealt with at this company is exceptional and will go out of their way to complete a transaction to my total satisfaction. Starting with my knowledgeable and friendly salesman, Chris Karn, through to VK's extraordinary Customer Support Specialist Alexa Joerin, and not forgetting the expert Sales Support of Alex Reynolds, these three people in particular have helped me think through and make the best-informed choices possible for my studio. It was never about just selling me things - it was about matching me up with what I truly needed. They are all experts in their areas of responsibility, and they will not sign off on anything until every aspect, question, and/or difficulty has been addressed. Along with great successes in our dealings, I've also needed them to help me with a product which turned out to be malfunctioning (through NO fault of Vintage King), and they had me covered every step of the way. They made a stressful situation manageable, went out of their way to check with me as corrections were made, and followed up later, quite spontaneously, to make sure any problems had been resolved. I simply can't recommend them highly enough - Chris, Alexa, and Alex made this the most exciting series of steps I could take to raise my professional game. They went the extra mile, every time, because they cared, because it was the right thing to do. I feel I've made new friends this year at Vintage King, and I will gladly return to shop there and say hello again in the future. Many many thanks!
