I have re-installed three times. I have updated the software after un-installing and re-installing and still have problems. Both monitors are not displaying screen saver properly nor at the same time. When the primary monitor goes to screen saver, the secondary monitor goes black. Images on the primary monitor are frequently displayed too large. Software displays on the wrong monitor. When switched, when I close and reopen it later, it reappears on the incorrect monitor. Frequently causes the system to freeze and requires not recommended power-down and then power-on.
Tip for consumers:
After un-installing and making comments as to why I was in-installing it, I never heard from the company.
