I reserved a room and by the time I paid for it, th eroom was sold out
BritBox has a few glitches.
The first is that the streaming spends a lot of time buffering.
If you stop watching a show in the middle, the bird box will not take you back to the last show that you were viewing so you have to put everything on your watchlist
It would be great if viewers were allowed to leave reviews on individual shows. They have a lot of good content, but they also have an equal amount of stuff that I don't ever want to watch.

Not user friendly. It used to be easier to book reservations online and has become complicated.
