I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from this company at the beginning of May, 2020. I emailed them about 6 weeks later to ask why I hadn't received the shorts but was charged for both pairs immediately ($69.97). They apologized and sent one pair - a pair of shorts I had not ordered. They will not respond to my emails now. I have not received what I ordered nor have I received a refund. The email they originally responded to was *******@gmail.com.
Hello Jean. We apologize for this confusion on your shorts. Please do understand that we went through a very tough COVID time when our factory was closed and to keep the jobs of our employees we had to shift our focus to online selling. We made a few mistakes as we were learning and had limited resources during these tough times.
We want to correct this mistake and we will issue you a refund.
