“Bad customer service”

I went to the Yakima ave branch on Thursday to do a name change. There were nine employees there and no customers. But still I had to wait. Only a few people could do it but no one was free. No customers?
I waited 20 minutes then finally went to go see what the problem was. And the only thing she did say was that I had to change my drivers license first. Ok. But I won't be going back there. My branch on Summitview is so much better.
