I've used YouPic for a good number of years and initially had very good impressions about it as an alternative to other large sites. In particular it was photography oriented and encouraged constructive comments and discussions more than hearts.
However, support is increasingly hard to find to the extent I wasn't sure if they are staying in business. Selling and visibility is not that great even with the Pro level. They seem to have more or less dropped curation or don't have to staff to support this anymore. Billing is too hidden. I thought I had dropped the Pro level subscription but it is really hard to find your subscription details (impossible on the app? Maybe only accessible on the web site?). Not happy to be hit unexpectedly with $500 CAD charge for very little service!
I'm disappointed to see what looked like a great project degrade into rubbish. Gave two rather than one star because of the good experience years ago.
