Bought an item off of E bay from a seller named piercing pros and the item was destroyed and shipped completely improper and unacceptable. After a week of dealing with customer E bay said they decided to go with the dispute in my favor, at which time piercing pros decided to say they needed photos so they could go after the mail carrier. It was no ones fault but piercing pros. They took the cheap route and don't want accept responsibility for the result. The return address they provided me also had the name Gus Mitchell attached to it. When I looked up Gus Mitchell and the return address, I found that this business is labeled as Funky Town Mall Inc. and also Monster Steel wholesale body jewelry and tattoo supplies. I thoroughly advise avoiding all business with this company or anyone affiliated with them. They are a real shady, sneaky, manipulative business who's core values clearly do not include honesty and customer satisfaction.
