OCT 6th I placed the Order.

OCT 14th I got an email that 2 of 3 orders were out of the stock. I need to replace other colors or prescription.
So I replied with my new choice to replace the original orders. It turned out that they were also out of stock then the emails exchanged many times
with the same reason. ( They were all out of stock for reasons).

OCT 22. I figured if i gave a short list of my replace choice this order might be easier to complete even the color or stayle were not my first picks.

OCT 26. I receipted a confirmation of my order with tracking number. The Shipping Method was Express Mail Service - EMS (estimated 5 - 12 business days)
I was like. Wow it's finally on its way, 2 weeks for international package is pretty standard.

NOV 18 Softlens Queen send me an email survey asking how do enjoy their purchase. It is really ironic! I replied "NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER."
Then, of course the customer service and I started this chain emails. Back and forth. The solution is " We check to post office, and they said if you
need your real phone number to process your shipment. Post Office (DHL) will contact all customers by phone after the package reaches its local
destination." SOOOOOO, I gave my phone#.
NOV 20. I am sharing my special experience with Softlens Queen with you all. Since Oct 6, while was waiting my package from them, I have ordered 32 pairs
from TTDeyes. Their package usually arrived within 10 days or sooner. The longest waiting time with TTDeyes was 2 weeks because inventory
issue. They even offered free lashes as their apology for the inconvenience, but since I am a guy I just told them I appreciate the thoughts and they
can save the lashes for other customer. I hope I will get this package and be done with it. I am NOT hating Softlens Queen. It just what do you
expect from a customer still waiting his order?

I am very sorry for making you disappointed in your first purchase. The mistake was on our side because, since the pandemic, the current stock management was not good.

The second mistake is in the telephone number you entered when placing the order, which is the wrong number.

Your order was returned to us, but we’ve re-ship your order without any cost to you, and you will still receive your order via your selected shipping method within 1 weeks later.

We know that this is not enough to heal disappointment. We are very sorry and want this relationship back. We've been contacting you by email to resolve this issue
