We have been on Shoptiques since May 2016 and it has been a great experience for us. It's a nice way to access customers outside of your own city and website (no marketing costs). Helps us to gain additional revenue and move inventory more quickly. We love the no packaging or shipping costs, and the fact that they take care of the customer service side. We simply have to add products and package them. The only thing they could improve is to find an easier, faster way to add/sync products, without it being all manual. I do want to mention that it does require some work (just like anything else) so don't expect to pay the joining fee and see orders roll in. They do have photo specifications you will have to meet, but also offer to take photos for you if you send in your products. I feel that this is understandable since they care about customer experience and having less returns. All in all, the investment was well worth it for us and we highly recommend it for boutiques that need additional sales outlets, have at least an hour or two a week to devote to managing the site, and either have photos or can take high resolution photos of their items.
