Recently I placed an order at Amazon to be shipped to BedaBox. This was my first order involving BedaBox. When, after some time, the parcel did not arrive at BedaBox, I contacted BedaBox and asked them if anything was wrong. What had happened is that I had mistakenly given Amazon the wrong shipping address and the parcel ended up being shipped to a church situated on the same street as BedaBox. Believe it or not, Jan Bednar of BedaBox actually went to the church and was able to retrieve my wrongfully addressed parcel. Now, if that is not the ultimate in customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you Jan for your diligence!
