I was ready to contact a local insurance agent about signing up for Medicare/Supplemental Insurance but I was referred to Boomer Benefits by my brother-in-law as a source for friendly and efficient customer service and boy was he right! I was lucky enough to get Tish Pattenaude as my agent and I feel like I truly drew the lucky straw! Not being particularly computer savvy, I found myself contacting Tish on several occasions with questions that most customers, I suspect, wouldn't have to ask and she answered them and guided me through the process with incredible patience and kindness. I have told her that I suspect she will "skip purgatory" after having to deal with me and I'm only half kidding! Whoever does the hiring with your company truly hit the jackpot with Tish! Because of my interaction with her I plan to praise Boomer Benefits to anyone who will listen!
