THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I purchased a boat radio that came dead on arrival. I was able to e-mail the company but they said that they could not find my order number in their system. After many back and forth emails they started to send "no reply" emails to me. After several other attempts to talk to an actual person at 3 Kings (with NO success) I was able to find their returns address. I sent the radio back to their Jacksonville, FL "return center", they signed for my radio through UPS delivery so I know they have it but, I still have heard NOTHING for a month. DO NOT Order from these people. If anything is wrong with your order it is impossible to get the situation corrected. Try to get onto their website before ordering your product... it will not connect to any real site. People this company will scam you for your money! Not only did I spend a large amount on the radio... It was $26.00 to return it to Florida. Buyer Beware!
