I purchased an ipad and had it covered through Upsie. With five months left on my two year warranty the ipad broke. So I called them for a claim on the product. They gave me instructions on how to go about getting a repair/payment. After paying the deductible they said I would receive a Zelle payment. If said payment wasn't approved within four days then a paper check would be issued. Its been over one month of waiting for this invisible payment. I've been calling them almost every other day the reps are rude, they offer no solution, and I am without a working ipad that my daughter uses for educational purposes. Worst insurance company ever.
