I received a $80 bikini top for Christmas (2015) from my husband and forgot all about it. Now that it is approaching summer (April), I looked at it and decided that I would rather have something else. My husband called customer service and the person said "It is after our 30 day policy but we'll do an exchange as we are still selling this item". I promplty returned it but it was sent back, Ashley (the owner) claimed it was "tattered and worn". This is a complete lie as it is in perfect condition with tags and all. Disgusted by their lack of value in servicing their customers.
Hello, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. As stated on our website, all items must be returned to us within 30 days from the ship date. This order was shipped on 12/16/15. Your husband did call and asked if we could do an exchange and he was informed that we could exchange the item if it was returned to us in new condition. When the item was returned to us 3 months after the return window for your order, the item did appear to be worn and wash. Unfortunately we do not accept items back that are not returned to us in perfect condition. Companies do have policies in place and do follow them! I am sorry you are unhappy with the fact we could not take back a worn item after 4 months.
