There were hiccups on my 2nd sale on their platform but I forgave them. They actually got the listing currency mixed up but made amends for their mistake by giving me a €20 voucher valid for a year. They also made uploading and adding new pics easier by offering the option on the item's listing page itself as opposed to going thru customer service to ask for assistance as was before. Payment was fast and smooth. I see the amount reflected in my account less than a few days after posting my item out. My only complain is that I feel their customer service just needs to shorten the downtime for their replies but to be frank, they are quite helpful in all the times I've interacted with them. To sum it all up, I honestly believe VC is showing a lot of improvement over the past few months since I started selling on their platform. I wish them the very best and I hope to continue offloading my preloved goods to buyers across the world with no issues. Just remember to stick to the selling guidance and you're all set!
