I bought a pair of glasses that arrived broken. Sent them back for a replacement and they botched the prescription... they were worse than no glasses. I contacted their customer service and they said I cannot get a refund after they botched the order process - twice in a row! They said only the original purchase was eligible for a refund. Most companies will provide refunds for their mistakes. They said the only way to get a refund was to make an appointment with an opthalmologist and have them confirm that the glasses are the wrong prescription, which obviously would cost me a bunch of money. Ridiculous customer service ethic combined with poor workmanship.
