READ OTHERS REVIEWS before you consider! Apparently I'm not the only person they have ripped off. If I could rate them no stars I would. I purchased a hood range extension from us appliance online and received it long after. I didn't open the package within 24 hours. When I opened it the hood extension was extremely damaged with a dent that is not fixable. When I called customer service the agent was extremely rude with me and first argued with me and told me that the carrier that delivered the item was not FEDEX when I clearly read the email I received from fedex regarding the item I purchased. I did not have to sign for anything which she lightly argued as well. Then told me that after 24 hours it's not their problem and laughed when I asked to speak to the manager. I don't know if she was laughing because I was so upset with her attitude with my 1 year old screaming in the background or what but when I asked for the manager she said that the manager was listening to the conversation the whole time then told me she wasn't available to talk to me and sent me to her voicemail. At this point my baby is screaming and I'm in tears leaving a voicemail and I'm so upset I don't even know what I said. The manager called me back later in the week and left me a voicemail telling me they don't replace damages after it's been 24 hours. So I have a approximately $200 damaged range hood extension sitting in my trash. Us appliance does not deliver and read the fine print before you consider them. Weve purchased appliances that were terrible as their customer service in the past, I didn't know their bad service was consistent until now.
