Ordered a refurbish phone and had it delivered within 3 weeks. (Came from Hong Kong) Just prior to receiving it, I emailed them to chase it up as the tracker system they used listed it as 'no such package'. A few days after it arrived I sent another email asking for a replacement and there was a lot wrong with the item. After 4 emails and 3 weeks later, they replied to my first email, but that was it. Haven't heard from them since. Avoid at all costs.
