I work in tech-support and deal with upset customers day in and day out. I know what good customer services because I provided it every day. The company I work for actually cares about the customers and treats them respectfully. Milelle does not do any of that. Their customer service is awful. They do not support the products. If they are defective you cannot return some items come broken and you don't get a refund I mean this is genuinely a terrible company to work with.
