I was not happy with coustomer service. I forgot to put my coupon code on my order so I emailed coustomer service to see if they could add to my order. I was ordering 8 pairs of wook boots for my guys. I sent a response to their email and never heard back from them. I did this twice with no response. I have ordered in the past and never had an issue.
