“BJS online sales and service is terrible- takes 5 days or more to "process! An order”

Ordered online on 11/22. As of 12/6, order still shows processing. Customer service tells me, it takes 24-48 hours to process- todays the 6th- that over 12 days and still processing. My money is gone, they say give it until 12/9 if it doesn't change, then call them back- seriously? They are terrible!
