I ordered Shapermint 3 weeks ago. Never got a confirmation email. Got a notice that it was shipped then another notice saying it couldn't be delivered due to an "incomplete" address and that I should get in touch with the carrier to find out where it was. Called AM EX and complained. They removed the charge. As of today, I haven't gotten an email from Shapermint asking if I ever got my purchase. Do not recommend!
