Worst experience ever!
I ordered Theragun prime in October. One week later, I received Theragun mini. I've immediately made a call to customer service on 12/1/21. They emailed me later, requesting further information (serial number, order number etc.). I have no longer heard from them. Since then I've sent 6 emails. I always get the same answer/request and no further information! They have been resolving this issue for 16 days now and haven't resolved nothing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from Therabody, this has been the worst experience ever!
